Terms of Service
These terms govern your download, access, and use of Yacht Jam and its related services.
Effective September 4, 20261. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and ORBITFLOW MEDIA PTE. LTD. By downloading, accessing, or using Yacht Jam, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms in your country. If you are under the applicable age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
3. Limited licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Yacht Jam for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game; reverse engineer or modify it except where applicable law expressly permits; interfere with servers or security; use cheats, automation, or unauthorized software; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; or use the game unlawfully.
5. Game access and local progress
No account is required. Progress is stored locally on your device and is not guaranteed to be recoverable. Clearing storage, replacing a device, or uninstalling the game may remove progress. Some gameplay content or configuration may require a network connection.
6. Availability and updates
We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the game when reasonably necessary, including for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Advertising and purchases
The current version of Yacht Jam contains no third-party advertising and no in-app purchases. If this changes, we will update the game disclosures, these terms where necessary, and the relevant store information before the change applies.
8. Intellectual property
Yacht Jam, including its software, artwork, designs, characters, text, audio, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to ORBITFLOW MEDIA PTE. LTD. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-party platforms
Your download and use of the game may also be subject to Google Play or other platform terms. Those platforms are not responsible for operating or supporting Yacht Jam except as their own terms state.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBITFLOW MEDIA PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the game. Our aggregate liability relating to the game will not exceed SGD 100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ORBITFLOW MEDIA PTE. LTD. against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the game or material breach of these terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material violation, security threat, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the game.
15. Changes
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
